We have capacity in our facility

Our 55,000 square foot facility is newly remodeled specifically for EMS operations.  The facility is Electro-Static-Discharge (ESD) protected and compliant to ESD standard S20.20.  Three SMT lines, including two in-line systems and associated inspection, cleaning and test equipment are laid out for optimum work flow.  We have 10,000 square feet of floor to ceiling storage for materials.

Security features include: a perimeter fence, a roving 24-hour guard and an advanced intrusion detection system, including video surveillance of all doors.  Cardkey access is required to enter the manufacturing and materials storage areas. 

The facility is blanketed in encrypted wireless access points so all equipment and personnel can be placed anywhere and still have network access.
