Summary of Job Duties:
The Senior Program Manager position at Qual-Pro manages specific customers’ programs and oversees all processes to ship completed assemblies on time and within budget. This position has a direct impact on the success of the company by consistently meeting or exceeding customers’ expectations. Our Program Managers are the relationship managers for our key global accounts, requiring deep and broad experience in EMS, and in-depth knowledge dealing directly with DFAR, ITAR, NADCAP, military and aerospace accounts. Our Program Managers lead cost savings, inventory control, planning and continuous improvement events, which support efficiency improvements for both customers and Qual-Pro. This position works closely with sales and marketing, mining organic growth opportunities within accounts. The ideal candidate must possess an energetic, flexible and creative mindset towards customer satisfaction and would have managed defense and/or aerospace customers with sales of $15M or more and would have a
minimum of 10-years direct experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Be “the voice of the customer” at Qual-Pro for key global accounts
  • Manage two global accounts from quoting to receipt of purchase order, through parts’ acquisition, material kitting, creation of production plans and documentation, master scheduling, release of jobs to production, production and test, quality control, source inspection and delivery
  • Collaborate with procurement, quality assurance, production and test engineering in support of the overall delivery schedule
  • Facilitate timely and effective delivery to all assigned customers
  • Document technical requirements, develop and oversee project plans and implement change control procedures
  • Support procurement, production and quality assurance in technical problem resolution
  • Interface with customers to obtain all engineering deliverables, and to resolve all engineering issues and deviations

Summary of Job Duties:
Under general direction of the Supply Chain Manager, responsible for the planning, quoting and purchasing of raw material/finished goods inventory, specifically electronic, mechanical and Printed Circuit Card Assemblies and associated supplies, contract electronic manufactured products, and capital goods. Routinely satisfies the goal of planning, quoting and purchasing the right products, with excellent quality, at optimal value price, and on time.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary responsibility is to procure/quote materials and services at the lowest cost, in the most efficient manner possible

  • Interface with the electronics supply chain, internally with marketing, sales, engineering, purchasing, operations, and finance to develop on-time proposals with the greatest value to both customer and Qual-Pro

  • Required education, experience and attributes of a successful candidate:

  • Must have previous experience in a contract manufacturing or OEM environment.

Responsibilities

  • Examine PCB for cosmetic defects using IPC-A-600 as reference

  • Perform general precision inspection on fabricated printed circuit boards (PCB) and machined parts to determine conformance with applicable drawings, specification or instructions

  • Perform receiving, and first article inspections using customer drawings to determine compliance and record inspection status on QC records

Summary of Job Duties:
The Quality Engineer has multiple responsibilities to ensure that the manufacturing process produces product that meets or exceeds customer expectations. To assist with the implementation of a comprehensive quality management system, and to support quality objectives of the company the ideal candidate is a fast learner who can handle multiple projects and work well as part of a team. Develop processes; control plans, PPAP plans, validation and
verifications plans, first article processes, and metrics to support world-class quality standards are required. As a Lean practitioner, the successful candidate will have experience participating in or leading Kaizen/Continuous Improvement events that resulted in measurable improvement in Quality performance.

Responsibilities:
• Establish and define Standards and Procedure of development requirements for the product
• Formulate, implement and review work procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency to meet quality requirements
• Review the verification & validation of medical device development and product evaluation according to ISO and FDA requirements and actively provide constructive feedback to development team
• Participate in risk and hazard assessment during the new product Implementation phase of production
• Establish and maintain high quality test procedures and methods to be used in present and future software and hardware testing and development that comply with the company quality standards and deliverables
• Work with Contract Manufacturer customers to specify & qualify the reliability and testing requirements for components and/or assembled parts of the incoming inspections
• Oversee quality tests and qualify the release of products at the manufacturing side
• Coordinate on the quality trends, including the corrective and preventive actions
• Oversee the resolution of quality-related problems in the development and manufacturing environment resulting from supply or production imperfections
• Assisting Regulatory Manager with monthly reports and data collection activities
• Ensure the proper maintenance of document control processes and devices
• Confer with Engineering Manager on production and personnel issues. Also assist with preparation of various quality reports
• Participate on/with continuous improvement teams
• Randomly examine production documents (router/Traveler) to ensure that all assembly, inspecting, and testing steps were performed according to Qual-Pro’s practices
• Provide Supplier Quality Engineering support to the Procurement function by auditing Supplier facilities and monitoring supplier performance data
• Follow-up on supplier corrective actions submitted
• Monitor and analyze product non-compliance on assemblies to reduce defects
• Monitor ESD compliance through production
• Analyze customer returns to determine cause and prevention
• Perform follow-up on corrective actions to determine effective implementation
• Perform periodic audits of production processes against procedures
• Monitor and support receiving inspection activities
