Qual-Pro Appoints Senior Industry Executive, Kirk Waldron, as Chief Financial Officer

LOS ANGELES, CA – January 27, 2014 - Qual-Pro Corporation, an industry leading electronics manufacturing service provider for high-reliability, mission-critical electronics, today announced the appointment of Kirk Waldron as Chief Financial Officer.  Reporting to Qual-Pro’s CEO, Brian Shane, Waldron will be responsible for the financial management and strategy of the company.  

A well-known business leader in electronics manufacturing, Waldron brings more than 20 years of finance and management experience to Qual-Pro.

Waldron is an industry veteran.  His deep experience in manufacturing goes back to SMTEK International, the Electronics Manufacturing Service-provider (EMS) purchased by CTS, a $700 million EMS company.  He was CFO and subsequently CEO, for SMTEK.  Additionally, Kirk has a strong background in public and private company finance, having held senior positions such as CFO of Classic Party Rentals (where he played an integral role in rapidly growing Classic to becomethe largest event rental company in the country). Kirk has a long history in electronics, having been CFO and then CEO of AML Communications, a publicly traded company that designs and manufactures amplifiers for the wireless industry and CFO of Dynamotion/ATI, a publicly traded company that designed and manufactured PCB drillers and routers.
