Prototype assembly plays an important role in the design process. Rapid design validation, identifying DFM, DFT enhancements along with cost reduction opportunities help to facilitate a smooth transfer to production. Most quick turn prototype projects can be completed within 2 to 5 days.

Our Carson facility is standardized on the MYDATA platforms. The TP11 and the MY12 both utilize Hydra Speed-mount. These MYDATA platforms are extremely flexible, they can handle virtually any surface mount component. These machines are ideal for prototypes, quick turn assemblies and volume production. Placement speeds range from 16,000 – 21,000 component placements per hour (CPH) depending on size and configuration.
