We offer an array of manufacturing services including turnkey system assembly, flex assembly, BGA and micro-BGA placements, functional testing, environmental stress screen (ESS) testing and in-circuit testing (ICT), electro-mechanical assembly, design for manufacturability (DFM) analysis and complete box-level assembly of mission critical electronics.
We have significant experience in electronics manufacturing. We started in 1971 and have served hundreds of clients in building hundreds of thousands of products. Our quality certifications include ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016 (medical electronics) and AS9100 (aerospace) by DQS. Qual-Pro was also the first EMS providers to earn NADCAP accreditation. Qual-Pro is ITAR compliant as certified by the United States Department of State.
We have a state-of-the-art, electrostatic discharge (ESD) protected, 60,000 square foot facility in Gardena, CA and a 25,000 square foot facility in Ayudhaya, Thailand. We have four surface mount lines, separate leaded and RoHS solder lines, automated optical inspection equipment, X-ray analysis, flying probe, in-circuit and functional test solutions.
Qual-Pro’s engineering staff in California and Thailand is steep in component, manufacturing and testing. Creating solutions for customers in all phases of a product’s life cycle from prototyping, production, testing to repairs and root cause analysis, is what we do well. Our engineering staff has both OEM and EMS experience with complex PCBA and box build assemblies.
