Javad K Hassan Associates LLC, a Company Registered in the State of Pennsylvania, announced that it has acquired 90 % interest in Qual-Pro Corporation from Rayhan Precision Tools Private Ltd. and SFO Technologies Private Ltd. companies registered under the laws of India. Javad K Hassan Associates LLC
further announced that it has an option to acquire the 10% balance of Qual Pro Corporation on agreed terms.
Javad K Hassan Associates is Company controlled by Javad K Hassan.
